Product Care
Car Diffusers
The design of this diffuser bottle minimises liquid spills from the lid, however care should always be taken when using the bottle to prevent spills.
Essential Care and Safety Tips:
-
Prevent Damage: The oils used in diffusers are strong and can damage car interiors. If a spill occurs, clean it up immediately.
-
Heat Sensitivity: If the car interior exceeds 30°C–35°C, remove the diffuser to avoid leakage.
-
Application: When refreshing, tip the bottle for only 1-2 seconds; do not oversaturate the wooden lid.
-
Positioning: Hang the bottle securely. Do not let it rest on surfaces, and ensure it does not swing, which can cause leakage and damage to your car interior.
-
Safety Warning: Keep out of reach of children and pets, and do not ingest the oil.
Usage Guidelines:
-
Setup: Remove the plastic stopper, screw the wooden lid on tightly, and tip upside down briefly to saturate (but do not over saturate) the wooden lid.
-
Maintenance: If the scent fades, repeat the brief tipping process.
-
Alternative Uses: These can be used in smaller spaces like wardrobes or toilets, but the same precautions against leaking apply.
Keyrings & Beaded Products
Silicone beaded products, such as keychains and lanyards, should be cleaned with mild soap and water or fragrance-free baby wipes. To maintain quality, keep them away from harsh chemicals, perfumes, and direct sunlight. Hand wash, avoid submerging metal/wooden parts, and air dry completely.
Please avoid excessive pulling or stretching of beaded items.
Keep metal clasps, wooden and acrylic parts dry to avoid rust or damage.
***Please note: Our products are not considered toys and should be kept away from children under 3 years old, unless specifically certified as teething products.***
Cleaning & Maintenance
-
Routine Cleaning: Wipe beads down with fragrance-free baby wipes to remove dust or lint.
-
Deep Cleaning: Wash with warm water and a small amount of mild dishwashing liquid.
-
Drying: Allow items to air dry completely, ensuring no moisture remains in cords or on metal components.
-
Avoid: Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, or hand sanitiser, which can degrade the silicone.
Candles
Candle Safety Instructions
-
Place your candle on the candle lid or on a stable heat-resistant surface before burning.
-
Never burn your candle on or near anything that could catch fire. Keep away from drafts, water & moisture.
-
Always keep all wicks centered in the middle of the candle. Do not allow them to float to the sides of the glass as this could lead to the glass overheating.
-
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Ensure candle is completely extinguished before leaving the room.
-
Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets.
-
Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
-
Do not allow your candle to burn to the very base of the glass. Cease burning when there is 10mm of solid wax left at the base of the candle.
-
Do not touch your burning candle or move it when the wax is liquid.
Candle Care Instructions
-
Always ensure your candles wicks are trimmed to 5mm before each burn.
-
When you first burn your candle, allow the wax to pool evenly to the edge of the glass. This will ensure an even burn and maximum fragrance delivery every time you use your candle.
-
Store your candle in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
-
When the candle can no longer be burned, remove the residue wax by placing the glass in hot water. This will soften and lift the remaining wax. Your glass and its lid can now be used for many other purposes in your home.
Sola/Reed Diffusers
Sola wood flower diffusers require gentle care to maintain their scent and appearance. Place the diffuser on a stable, non-porous surface, as oils can stain, and keep away from direct heat, sunlight, and draughts. Regularly flip the reeds every few days to refresh the scent, and keep out of reach of children and pets
Key Care Instructions:
-
Setup: Remove the plastic stopper, replace the cap, and insert the sola flower/reed stem into the oil.
-
Scent Management: For a stronger scent, flip the reeds daily; for a lighter scent, flip less often.
-
Safety & Surfaces: Keep away from open flames. Spilled oil is corrosive and can damage wood or painted surfaces, so wipe up spills immediately.
-
Maintenance: Replace reeds or sola flower if they become clogged or when switching to a new fragrance.
-
Cleaning: If the sola flower becomes dusty, use a dry, soft brush or a hair dryer on a low setting from at least 12 inches away.
-
Storage: If storing, wrap in tissue paper to avoid moisture damage, rather than plastic bags.
