Shipping Costs

  • $12.95 flat rate standard postage & handling (Australia-wide)

  • FREE standard delivery on orders over $99

We do not offer international shipping at this stage.

Conditions

  • Your order total must be at least $99 to qualify for free shipping.

  • The delivery address must be located within Australia.

  • This offer excludes corporate and wholesale orders.

  • This offer is ongoing but may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

Local Pick up
  • Local pick up is available from our studio in Toongabbie Victoria

​​​Once your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email with details on how to book pick up.

Delivery Time-frames

  • Delivery times vary depending on your location.

  • All orders are handmade and dispatched from Gippsland Victoria

  • All order are handled exclusively with Australia Post.

  • Remote or regional areas may take longer.

  • We rely on Australia Post to deliver within its recommended time-frames.

  • All custom orders may have a processing time of up to 5 business days from the date of order.

  • It is the purchasers responsibility to check the postal address at the time of order. Wick & Whiff is not liable for purchases returned to us due to incorrect addresses. Re-directing post will occur at the customers expense. 

Wick & Whiff cannot be held responsible for delays within the Australia Post network.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unburned, and in the same condition you received it.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

  • The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. We will email you to confirm we have received your return.

  2. You will be notified whether your refund has been approved or declined.

  3. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned items are back in our possession.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company.

  3. Contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or arrive faulty.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
