As we are a handmade company, we do not accept refunds or returns for personalized items as these are made to order.

 

In the unfortunate case that your product has arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel so we can fix it up for you.

 

Change of Mind.

 

We want you to love your purchase from our website.

 

If you are unsatisfied with a non-personalised item from our website (including beaded items) for any reason, please contact us via email at wicknwhiff29@gmail.com for a credit note or refund of the purchase within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

Please include your name and order details in the subject line.

Please note:

 

•We do not accept any change of mind returns or cancellations for personalised items.

•Refunds will incur a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price. Credit notes will be processed for the full cost of item.•Items must be returned in original condition including all original packaging.

•Original shipping charges if any, are nonrefundable.

•All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via a trackable shipping service.

•Non-qualifying returns include any item(s) marked as "SALE" or “CLEARANCE”

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

 

At WICK & WHIFF, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. If you believe that an item you have purchased from us is faulty, we encourage you to reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

 

Any accidental damage or damage incurred after delivery is not covered by WICK & WHIFF. Should you discover a fault or issue with your product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery date with images of the damage to wicknwhiff29@gmail.com.

 

If this time has passed, we may not be able to assist with damaged goods on arrival.
